About Me

I’ve spent over fifteen years helping people grow — as a coach, HR leader, and facilitator. My journey has taken me across India, France, Belgium, Singapore, and the U.S., in fields spanning education, hospitality management, and consulting. Throughout my career in human resources and talent development, I have designed learning frameworks, conducted career development interviews, and coached individuals and teams — experiences that ultimately led me to create Nirantara Coaching, a space dedicated to conscious and authentic leadership, career, and life.

Across all these contexts, I’ve seen that transformation becomes real only when awareness leads to cohesive action — when insight turns into lived practice. I believe that growth begins by noticing what is present — in ourselves, in others, and in our systems — and then choosing how to respond authentically.

My coaching supports that process by creating a space where awareness, experimentation, authenticity and action come together.

Values I stand for

  • Presence: Change begins with awareness of what is, not what should be.
  • Action: Awareness gains meaning through consistent authentic action.
  • Curiosity: Each challenge reveals something essential about growth.
  • Inclusion: I honor culture, identity, and lived experience in all their intersections — irrespective of race, gender expression or identity, or sexual orientation.
  • Integrity: Confidentiality and respect guides every interaction.
  • ICF Ethics: I pledge to embody the ICF code of ethics.
  • Professional development: To provide a high-quality coaching experience for all my clients, I am regularly supervised by a supervisor coach and frequently update my skills.

Coaching is a partnership focused on your growth and goals; it is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
